just dial the 401-...-.... number that Sparq gives out. When a person on the other line picks up the phone, just tell him/her to transfer you to the "Parts Department". And then order your HDM10 kit from there. That's what I did (paid $20 for the kit because the dude made a mistake ). Where in Boston you live at?
