Yo! My 1000 is double triggering notes. I use it for lots of live drumming and it tends to happen every 30 seconds or so (not good). I have looked through the user manual and searched on the forums but still cant figure it out. A friend of mine said its something to do with aftertouch settings? Anyone else have this problem/know how to solve it? Cheers

really?!? damn man i havent had that problem. you just got to hit it fast and with one finger dont leave your finger on the pad just strike it fast.

i've been experiencing something similar as well... not as often, but it's happened a few times still... i noticed that it only happens [to me] when the 'full level' is on...

Exactly.

Surface of pads is made of rubber, so it can spring. Something like roling on snare.

I think that hiting it realy fast and not leaving your finger on pad will solve this as djobserv wrote.

watch your technique. full level plays out the doublr triggered notes louder where you wouldnt have noticed in regular playing mode and pass as a ghost note.

Try two fingers or a dead blow maybe? When I went from a 2k classic to a 1000, I had to learn how to hit the pads all over again, so i started with two fingers, now I can hit the pads fine with one finger and besides, the flam effect works good for me sometimes.
