what can i do

recently wen i turn on my baby its frozen...it wont move at al and i have to turn it off and then on again to get it to work....is there something wrong with it and if so what can i do?....will reloading the OS help?

you won't hurt anything if you tried that. see what happens, if the same thing happen, call akai's tech support. the other thing i would suggest (depending on how long you've had your 1k) take it back to the spot where you got it and tell them it's defective.
