for all of those who use my drum pgms - you will often find that the best kits according to your songs are found from multiple pgms. ie, in your kick/snare track, you may use "impeachprez" pgm and for your hat track you might use "nym got some"
this is very frustrating as you may clutter up your mpc with too many programs. this is a problem i often had in the old os. SO here's what you can do to eliminate this:
consolidate using the pad parameter copy that is new to os 2. use as many drum pgms as you want - and then make 1 more pgm called DRUMS and copy the used pads onto the DRUMS pgm in the exact same placement.
then, go back to all your drum tracks and swith the pgm to DRUMS.
done - now delete the pgms of mine you are no longer using and don't forget to purge!!
how cool is that?
