I am trying to configure the 1k pads to trigger the sounds on a korg electribe and vermona drm1.
I need to send what the electribe calls note names 36, 38,40,41, 43,45,42,46,49 and 39. I don’t want to change these as my whole setup uses them.
What I have discovered is that note 36 from the 1k is read as 39 by the korg and vermona, and that 35 is read as 49. The other 1k notes are not recognised at all – of course I have tried re-mapping notes in the program menu – makes no difference. It seems the MPC1k cannot output notes low enough for the electribe assignments. WTF?
I am using midi channel 10 and I am using OS 2.10.
Is there a workaround for this?
