New methodology for saving projects

Before I had OS 2.1 and a 40GB drive in my MPC1000, I would save the entire memory to a new folder and keep updating that content until my project was finished. Now, I create subfolders under the main project folder and save the entire memory to a new subfolder each time. Who cares, I have 40GB right? This way, I have piece of mind in case my MPC crashes or even if I just want to go back to a previous save. At the end of the project, I can backup everything to my PC and just keep the finished track on the MPC. Anybody else change their way of saving now that we're not limited to the CF anymore?
