Hard drive issues AGAIN!!!

Alright the first issue I started having was that I would save a program and when I would come back to load it up again the MPC wasn't recognizing it at all a message saying, "Wrong File" would pop up and I am unable to retrieve the program that I have made specifically for a song. Now it is doing the same thing on Sequence that I have saved. What could the problem be? Anybody had this issue?

when i save a program after a while it says wrong file. does anyone know what is the deal with this?
