Newbie with CF Bonus Track card issues

Hi all. this forum rocks. I want to say thanks in advance because I already have 128mb or ram for $40 shipped with tax included thanks to the sticky threads! Word! The deal that has me bummed is that the "Bonus Track" card that came with my unit is empty! Nada. Is the 20 mb of sounds and loops available for download anywhere or would someone rip me a cd of it? Can it be downloaded?

I tried to do a search on the subject but couldn't find any info.

Thanks and I hope to lurk and hang out here for great info on this great beat box.

My main reason for buying the MPC 1k was for foot switchable live use of killer drum samples. I love the mpc pads and the level of control you have over the beats. All the boss/roland samplers I've had really stink in this department. I play acoustic music mostly but love Beastie Boys and other non racist hip hop.

The factory sounds that were orginally on the card are right on Akai's website on the same page as the new OS update.

You'll see Factory Presets 3.7Mb MPC1000 Factory preset sounds
right on the top left under the OS files.

Thanks a ton for the quick reply! I'm on it... didn't see them there the first time. Only the cf "bonus track" card supposedly had 20 mb of beats and sounds. I think I already had the 3.7mb of sounds in the RAM. The "bonus track" cf card is in addition to the sounds in the RAM of the shipped MPC 1k?
