MPC bag lower price

Greetings.

Just bought a new black 1000 today from Guitar Center in Fort Greene. (last one, I think they had 3 to start).

Ordered the harddrive kit, some ram, a cf card and salvaged a 40gig hardrive from a defunct notebook.

Looked for a bag and found the official one for $65 shipped.

sweetwater is selling the akai bag for $100.

I haven't seen better than $50 I found for that particular bag.

Thats whats up you copped the mpc 1000 bk. I am hoping to do the same sometime next week Guitar center in San Diego has 3 on the way arriving sometime early next week. Already ordered my hard drive kit and hard drive just need an MPC now.

Is there anything different other than the black color?

It comes with OS 2.0 installed (I updated to 2.1 right away)

And it comes with a v2 operating manual which is nice.

And apparently it has faster dsp chips and better mpc2000 groove built in as well . . .

That was a good joke. Man I been waiting on this thing since mid Feb. I just think the black one looks sick me personally it doesn't matter but since I have the option I take one in black.

My man Fade is sellin his bag i mean they arent made especially fo da MPC but u can use it fo da MPc im pretty sure. check da link and help support him if u dont mind. Its a yellow bag.

My Baby Black 1k should arrive this week sometime. It's my first mpc and it's a nice time for me to make the move. Just started making beats over the summer and I outgrew FL Studio. I'll still use it for midi purposes along with Reason. Watch out for me!
