4th. bar went MUTE?

hi,
i was workin on a beat last night and saved it.
today i load it up to play it and work some more on it and the 4th bar wont sound, seems like a group mute or somethin like that, but i did nothin........really don't know what happened......
really appreciate any help......

double check the track mutes, and verify that the 'sample' used in the 4th bar was loaded... hope that helps...

Part of tracks has died on me for no apparent reason, usually after editing in SEEQ EDIT or STEP EDIT. Notes are all there and sometimes work if you start playback from them, but are mysteriously silent when the seq plays from first bar.
When it happens I usually reload the sequence if I´ve saved it before. Or I copy the notes between tracks until I´m all all confused and then copy them back to it´s original track. That has worked twice.

Yesterday my last bar went mute after moving two tempo change events from bar 4 to bar 2.

this will happen when you use move in step edit...REALLY unfortunate bug.

i was checkin all you told me but it wasn't that or at least i think so...........
anyway, i recorded again.....

Not all the time, I´ve had this problem 5 times or so, and I´ve done a ot of moving.

Yesterday I moved the 2 tempo change events at the same time, thats when it started acted weird, so it might be it.

it's really irritating. honestly, i still don't use the note move feature. i just do the old copy/delete paste thing because i dont like running the risk of somehow muting out my shit...so weird.

i think it'll get fixed next upgrade though, so no worries.

meanwhile, i LOOOOVE shift timing! damn that helps me out.

im sorta having some weird problems with my 1k , sometimes when i record somthin it automaically deletes the other track , is there somthin wrong with that or is a a bug on the new Os?

once again same shit......the 4th bar goes mute on the same beat. i'm sure i've saved it good cause yesterday i was checkin it with no problem, but today..........wow, this is the second time this is happening on the same beat. i hope it doesn't come up with this on a live performance......
i'm just recording sequencies on the 1000, using basic functions.

Yeah, I had the same problem! 8bar loop though. Saved and reloaded still same issue. I saved it as an SMF and imported it into Nuendo and it played fine! RE exported back into the MPC and worked fine...
No mute groups, no automation, I deleted all CC info. I was doing a lot of step edit and copying etc...
Booty bug.

if its a bug akai needs to keep in mind to fix that on the new os there goin to put out.
