How do you all save to your Compact Flash Card?

There are so many options to choose from. I'm kinda confused on what I should go with. I thought I saved something last night, come to find out it's not there anymore. I want to be able to save all my sequences, tracks, programs and samples. Which option is best for this? I can't really do this until I upgrade my flash card right? I should be getting a 1GB card in the mail any day now.

hit mode than save in type move the data wheel to save entire memory than move with your cursor to view, press widow than f5 new, name it wathever you want and that it all your samples program sequence are save or if you did not understant wath I say check this video http://www.futureproducers.com/tutorial.php/id/41.
