Hard drive losing info?

So i'm wondering if anyone else has had problems with their hard drive losing information. For some reason one of the programs that I have had loaded up fine since I installed the hard drive is now saying "File not found" when I try to load it. The program isn't deleted but all the samples in the program have been deleted because I can not even find them to load up manually. I never overwrite anything so I have no idea what happened and wanted to know if others have had this problem.

i have this issue. lots of strange hd stuff going on in the 1k...i back up frequently, after every song.
