i had samples laid out on mpc, when i played with midi controller all the notes/samples were out of order, i suppose thats because the default note assignment in mpc is not chromatic, now if i make a chromatic program in blue box, will it translate to the midi controller or will notes still be out of order? And why is the default note assignment in mpc not chromatic, its out of order what is the reason for this? And when i make blue box chromatic, why is the first note B0, is that even a note?

yeah make it chromatic in bluebox........ it's like that cus its a generic general midi drumm mapping in the origanal preset. you have to map it in order of the pads though. so only 64 notes cus theres only 64 pads, so hit the cromatic button in bluebox then map the samples 1-64 or how ever many notes you want.
