Does the MPC 1000 have a manufacturer's warranty?

If it does, where can I find it?

I don't see it in the operation manual. I bought my MPC 1000 with my check card that has special benefits; it enables me to extended the warranty for an extra year but I need to send in a copy of the warranty but I can't find it. Anyone know where I can find it?

I'd call akai service and warranty dept. or something similiar to that.

Anywhere inside the company you call though, they'd be able to direct your call to the proper dept.

when I bought my 1000 it came with a 1 year manufacturers and a 1 year store warranty.
