What Kinna Ram Do i Buy? Akia 128 or other 256?

Ok so let me get this right. If i buy the AKAI 128mb ram my mpc will actually give me 128mb, BUT if i but ram from a differnt company i gotta but 256 in order for it to give me 128mb?

please help im confused

neither get a hard drive. I realize why, now that I have one. It gives me so much freedom.

Ram and harddrives serve to distinctly differnt and unrelated purposes.

wow thats some of the worst advice i have ever read on here. Dude get the ram unless you want to only be able to load 16mb worth of samples or record about 30 seconds of samples. The hd has nothing to do with anything but storage and loading. WoW the stupidity here. :shock:
