sorry if i offended anyone, that comment was meant in jest. you see to me, any form of bigotted or racist attitude is so far back in the last century that it can only be funny and not be taken seriously. i guess i can't expect everyone to see that. if you can, try and watch a harry enfield sketch with 'Mr Cholmondley-Warner' in it, you will see that my comment came from that area of the tennis court. Precisely because it's such a ridiculous attitude to have (that women/men/black people/white people are inferior because they belong to that particular group) i hoped that everyone could see that it is simply not possible that it was meant at all seriously. in fact i was inviting people to laugh at people with that attitude (which ironically is bigotted of me: to group bigots together and laugh at them!). i guess there are enough people around today with such an attitude, that it was not clear where i was coming from. again, i apologise to mnh2410, you ryssen and also anyone else i may have offended. perhaps it would be better if i restricted myself to helping (or trying to help) people on the forum rather than including myself in banter which does not/ should not include me.

I´ve seen enough of you to understand your style of humor and I have no trouble with the crossing of borders with prejudicce based humor as long as it´s kept within some sort of syntax or form that makes it possible to grasp for those involved.
Your "woman" comment tasted really foul as I read it, the shortness of it gave it a tone of aged, superiorist and high class condenscending contempt. I wouldn´t want to be in the receiving end of that comment, that´s why I reacted.
I think good of you modnaR, but I think you could tread more carefully in the above line of answering.
And keeping your involvment on the forums on a only helping / answering questions level is a bad idea. It´d be boring if people didn´t color their prescence here with their personality and humor.
