drum pratice on the 1k

Im just wondering how some of you doudes work on patterns i make alot of drum loops but i found loading a kit and just playing to a cd is about my fav way of doing it. Any suggestions ?

i practice drums daily. soo helpful, and a lot of fun.

now you say drums is that live set or pads on the mpc?

I like to make a diff pattern every time I start a track - Mine are usually pretty simple - I would say I work on them the most because I dont move on unless I get one Im satisfied with. I like to practice layering diff drum sounds until I get something solid.

I dont listen to anything when I work on drums either. kinda distracts me.
