The RAM is where needs to be deleting from. He wants to free up more space to load samples.
What you need to do is go to Mode-Program, select the program, delete it.
The tricky thing is, even though you deleted the program, the samples that were assigned to that PGM will still remain in your RAM. You could either Purge and that would get rid of all the samples that are not associated with any PGM's or you could manually delete each sample that was associated with the PGM.
EDIT: You need to free up more space where? Your Disk Space or RAM?
If its Disk space you are trying to free, then disregard what I said.
