How to save mpc1000

okey, im about to buy a akai mpc 1000 and ive searched @ google.com for som tip. And I got one question, just can find it...
If i make some seq, press "TRACK MUTE" buttun, after that im lost how do i save everything as a whole song into my computer..? is there a demand for midicables or? plz help me.. n yes my english sucks...

Why don't you download the manual first of all. Read it and see what you are getting into. It will answer PLENTY of your started questions and alot of your questions after that also. The manual really should be the first stop on a good mpc journey. Know what your paying for, do your research.

ive already downloaded it, i might be slighty stupid cuz i cant find what im looking for?
