I have some samples that i chopped into 8's,and i was wondering if it is possible to somehow be able to hold the pad down and make the end of the sample keep playing until i let go?I ask this because it dosent right when i timestretch the chopped samples to make the length of its end fit the tempo.I have this problem with BASS sounds too. They cut off too early and its MAD ANNOYING :x :x :x

i think the only thing you can really do is to go into program mode and find a spot in the sample that you can set loop points to and mess with it until it sounded right. In other words, lets say you have a bass sample, you could set loop points at the end to where when you held the pad down, it would play the sample to the end then go back and repeatedly play inbetween the 2 loop points you set, making it play until you let go of the pad. it would be a little trickier to do this with a chopped sample though. you could experiment with the release # to get a better effect, but the longer the release, you will get back into the metallic sound at the end. just mess around with that. it will work perfect for your bass samples.
