Help with load up please

This is the first time this has ever happend, but when i turn on my mpc 1000 it goes to a screen that says boot block 1.3 versiong. Something like that. Than it test the memory or something and gets to 75% and says check memory halt. Something like that. IDK what the hell is going on , but this is the first time my baby has ever done it and i need to get it on so i can get on my grizzy. Help please. Is theere something i can do or press when i hold it down or soemthing.

Have you tried to reinnstall the os?

ooops i forgot i cant even get pass the boot up mode. i can get to the suequence mode or nothing. what can i do.

i cant even get to that screen. it is saying something about soddim ram and checking it. that it says something about pass 1: ___%. then it goes to 75% then stops.

Your RAM isn't working, need to get a new one. I had the same problem when I bought a used RAM, changed it to a new Kingston and everything is fine.
