MPC 1000 Question (everyone's wondering)

My question is simple:

Does the MPC1000 have wave editing, as the mpc 2000 and the xl does?
(the one that you can see the waves on trim mode)

if not, what kind of editing does it have?

i've been looking all over for this answer and it will help a lot to influence my purchase of it or not...

Everything you need to know is there - so far, we've no other way of knowing about this machine as no one has got one yet.

I compared the 2 manuals but it seems that either the mpc1000 manual is not complete (there is no mention of a posibility to reverse a wave nor pasting a wave to another wave ...) or that it does not support the same basic wave editing features the 2000xl. Anyway i'm really anxious to read the first real review of this box coz i really want an mpc since my pc **** up last night again ... it seems that i spend more time getting that f*cker to work than making music.
