It is a bogus site. Deceptacon's email address is the same email address as the owner of that site (according to Whois).
I doubt that Akai would be too impressed by someone using their name like this, espically as he's also robbed their Flash presentation for his home page.
Deceptacon is now banned - please PM me if he turns up under a new username.
