Your MPC1000 set up

So what is yours connected to ? (in's and out's) im curious to know how everyone has theirs set up since i am still thinking of ways to hook mine up. at the moment i just have the pc audio out into the record in of my mpc so i can make quick samples but im considering a mixer so i can get more sources to sample like the tables, xbox, tv & etc.

audio dj mixer, synth, mic, guitar > mixer (4 spare ins)

mixer > mpc

mpc > monitors

midi synth <> mpc

good news everyone: bought a eurorack mx1604a for £20. sold my mac and logic so there is less noise when recording. getting a microkorg so will be selling the micron soon

turntable ->
dj mixer out 1 -> mixer (stereo channel 1/2)
dj mixer out 2 -> mpc -> mixer (stereochannel 3/4)
mixer main out -> speakers

Before-->

Turntables -> Numark Mixer -> MPC -> Analog 16 TRK MIXER -> M-Audio Delta 44 Sound Card

Now-->

Table ---> MPC ---> Tube Preamp ---> Sound Card

THE LESS U DEAL WITH THE LESS AMPLIFICATION IS PICKED UP, THE LESS NOISE U GET...

at the moments it's turnie > mixer > mpc

but the plan from about a week on is..

turnie > mixer > mpc in

mpc out > su700 in

mpc <> su700 midi'd

mpc phones out + su700 out > monitors

i sold my su700 a few month ago, how comes you are using it combined ?

MPC100+MC909+MV800(STANTON turntable directly into MV800)+XV202 MS200BR+Mo'PHATT MK-6 all into Yamaha MG 16/4 mixer

MG16/4 into Ultra Gain tube pre into S-COM into Yamaha AW16g multitrack

AW16G stereo outs into MPC's inputs
