Saving on mpc 1000

Everytime I save my sequence and programs. When I turn my mpc off and the back on my effects are gone...
Isn't there a way to keep everything as it is with the autoload function???
That I could turn it off and on without anything having changed?

You need to use "save entire memory". That will save all samples, all programs, and all settings.
