help with 2.1

just put 2.1 on my mpc, but i have a problem assigning samples in the program window. Can hear samples fine in the trim mode and can audition it with the pad, but when i go to create progam, i have the sample highlighted hit the pad i want and no sound is played, it worked that way in 1.7. I dont know if there's a mixer setting or something like that i need to set?. can anyone help me

click on mode+ midi sync pad9 select f1 for the midi page make sure pad to internal sound is on.. now go make music harharhar peace mang
