Problem with saving

Hello to everybody,

Is now one month that i have the machine and i like it very much but i'm having some serious problems with saving my work.
When i save the entire memory on my CF,and i go back to load my project some files are missing,the programs are not correct,errors etc...
I don't know what it can be i try different ways for saving:rewriting the files,create a new folder and install the os 3.05 but it is worst.I hope is not a problem of the machine,but i really don't know how to solve this problem.Somebody has an idea of what it could be.Thanks.

doing some test today i discovered something that solve the problem i explained before:
The main problem i had was that everytime i selected a project file and loaded it,some files were missing in the programs.Than i tried to load the entire folder where all the samples,programs and project are and it works,it loads all the programs and the sequence in the right order.
I still don't understand why it doesn't work with only the project file.
I tried the same thing with the os 3.05 but it doesn't work ,still missing files.
