midi box interface

What kind of midi box do i need to use when it comes to linking reason's from computer to mpc. :cry:

not necessarily a midi box but just about any midi interface. for more on using reason with the mpc, check out the vids that are in my signature.

What about delay of the midi sync?? i've bought some cheep ass midi usb interface (24 quid) on ebay and the sync is delayed.

it's a great card,but I think it only works with windows 98SE.
