Can someone help me upgrade to OS 210????

I just downloaded the os and I have a mpc1000 zip file on my desktop.Now it says to copy the os bin file to compact flash card. But i cannot find the os bin file or the compact flas card to do this. Can someone please help me out?

I keep clicking on the icon and it says open with, and then it says windows cannot open this file. I dont know what to do.

once downloaded open up with winzip. drag the file to your CF card. make sure that you have your MP usb hooked up and turned on. Once open drag .binfile to your CF card. Please read download file from Akai site.

Ok this is what the file says in winzap. It says mpc1kv210.bin. Now what? Where do i find the compact flash card in my pc? It not on the desktop or in my computer. I have my mpc turned on and in the usb mode am i doing something wrong?

Nevermind Its workin now in my mpc. I appreciate the help man.
