Yo son what s the happs?..B4 we go any deeper into this..Ya gotta do somethin...Turn on ur MPC and then go MODE OTHER...In that window press F1(GLOBAL) see what os and date3 it says....if its any OS that starts with a 1(1.1,1.3,1.5,1.7) except 1.9999 which was a Beta(so doubt u got that os loaded up). Once3 u establish what os u got..Next u need a computer(i dont know what the required specs are for a MAC-Im a PC user.) any way wit a PC u need either Windows XP or 2000. Once u got a computer that has winxp/2000 get on the internet and go to
www.AkaiPro.com go to support on the site and look for MPC1000 os 2.10- then follow the download instructions..U'll also need a USB cable to go from MPC to PC...Once u get this far post a reply and someone can help u out a lil better...Peace.
