Timestreching in real time on 16 levels for tune

whats up everyone. this guy says that you can timestretch in real time in 16 tune levels so that no matter what the octave is it plays in the same exact time. he did the video on a 2500 but says you can do it on a 1000. he didn't really say how though.....does anyone have the golden key to this mystery?

That ain´t timestretching but rythmical sequencing of short notes. The patch phrase function has nothing to do with timestretching.
