i ordered some samples from them last night and after downloading what i thought was the file with samples i couldnt get it open.later i got a email saying that i had to personally speak with one of their reps. in order to open the file.anyways,i spoke with the person a minute ago and told them to cancel my order.what a invasion of privacy!!! what a joke.

yeah, i was wondering the same thing as well.

BTW, I still don't understand why I see people buying samples from other companies and then come up here to complain about it.

If you would have given them your home number they could have sold it (as part of a list of numbers to advertisers - like most companies do).

But you giving them your number you'd be giving them the "ok" to go ahead and bug you with phone calls, lol.

They didn't "invade" anything though just by asking though..
