I ve been considering purchasing a 1000, (currently have 2000xl) but i was wondering does the newer model have the same pad issues as the blue one?

If you enter the term "pads" into the search function and limit the search to this forum only, you will see the above plus a million other posts asking and answering the same question. Kinda makes you understand why some people are tired of seeing it...
