Organizing and Loading.

Looking for a few tips on organizing the contents of my card..I would like to sort out drum sounds into different folders, but when i load a program, it only loads the samples that are not in any folders..is there a way to load a program and all it's sounds, even if they are inside different folders?

Also, how can I get programs to load automatically? do i need to create a folder called "autoload'?seem to be having a lil trouble with that...
