128 MEGABYTES MAX FOR PROGRAM?

I am thinking about using the mpc with 2 turntables by putting about 1:30 minute clips of beats on pads and triggering them as i mix between 2 turntables the only problem is that wav files that big eat up the max ram very fast, is it possible to load more than 128 megs into programs just to hit pads and play through tracks or does that max out the memory and cut out the sound?

well what i did was loaded about 9 minutes worth of music onto a program and it said 110 megabytes filled up
so does that mean i can't load say 2 programs with 200 megabytes of memory into the mpc at once?

your kidding right?
unless you figured out some magical way of adding more than 128 megs of ram into your mpc then 128 megs is how much ram you can fill.
Try recording in mono if you need more time.

right i mean really I just wanted to be able to play tracks, so I'm thinking about a little crappy cd turntable to the record in to the mpc
so i can then play samples on the fly and switch to my own beats and use 2 turntables at the same time i use the main out clean, and then do the booth out through a delay guitar pedal and wah wah pedal and it gives some great sounds to the scratches
