STILL HAVIN SCRATCHY SOUND WHEN SAMPLLING FROM AUDIO OUT ON CPU 2 AUDIO IN ON MPC. DO I NEED AN AUDIO INTERFACE?

you are not giving very much detail. nobody wants to decipher what it is that you are actually trying to do. how about telling us what your setup is, and how you have it hooked to the mpc. that would be a good start.
