basically, i have it connected to my cubase already...
and i want it that, i can press play on my mpc1000 and it automatically records in cubase...
wha do i need for that?

You need to make MIDI connections.
Watch the vid below. Sparq is using Nuendo but Cubase and Nuendo are pretty much setup the same way so it should get you going.
