forgive me if i appear to be nub
ive been using different mpcs for like 6 years now, but i never really used the mixer function. I never really needed to mess around with it before since i just used the thing as a sequencer/basic drum machine but now that im becoming more adept to better mixing techniques i started messing around with the mixer now to get the right levels and pan, and what i notice is that when you change the levels of the pads it seems that it is really affecting all the sounds from all the other drum kits. am i imagining this/ missing something? it doesnt make sense that it would change all the pads volume/pan of all the kits cause thats just unpractical
am i supposed to record mixing changes with each sequence and how the hell do you make a sequence update the mixing settings easy anyway
the manual is not a good resource i tried rtfm last night btw
feck akai and their b.s.
thanks
forgive me if my english is confusing it was my first language
