this may sound dumb but in layman's terms what is the best ways to use the sliders i have a 1k and never use them what kind of benefits could i reap by incorperating them?

use them to automate volumes changes on your hats to get nice dynamic feels.

use them to automate crazy Lo-N filter sweeps.

and you can do these things after having sequenced parts with that nice little button just above them marked 'after'.


get into it yo, they are one of the best features about this machine.

word i been neglecting them sh*ts lately . u could do some damage with those: pitch shift/bend, swith between layers of samples assigned to a pad aside from thw aforementioned awesomeness of filter sweeps

on real time, you can almost squeeze some scratch type sounds assigning a slider to pitch. it takes some practice though.

word and also create a record winding down/winding up effect with the same function. always cool to throw in accasionally

anyway the use the the Q-link to get like a warped record start of a beat?

for sure. resample a portion of your beat, assign it to a pad, assign a
q-link slider to it, set it to real time pitch shift and play with that. should
be able to do something similar to what you want to hear.
