I keep getting this directory error message on my 1000 when I try and save a particular program. The program has 45 samples, which occupy almost 3 pad banks. I tried to break them up into two programs because I thought that might be the problem, but I still would get the error message when trying to save the second program. I also tried turning the mpc off and on, resampling the sounds, and saving under a different program name, same shit happens. I've got more than enough memory on the card also....can't figure this shit out. Thanks for your time!

dont you hate it when nobody knows the answer to your question and you have to reply to your own post so it stays on the first page? Cool, me too!!

Didn't work for a lot of other people on here. Just gradually caused more and more data corruption until most of the files were unusable.

I myself have never had a problem with the "new folder/directory error" bug, but then again, I never formatted anything with Akai 2.1.
