video of mpc crashing

don't mean do double and triple post but i need help?
i tried everything step u guys said. i found out that it is the pad 7 that crashes the mpc please watch this video and try to help me figure out what's going on here. all pads play fine but after hitting the pad 7 a few times this it what happens any suggestions????http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXnTqmJyNPA sorry but i coludn't get it to link

i haven't watched it yet and i am busy right now but i have a number of possibile reasons for your crash.

i will address this during my lunch break - we have a vid shoot and i am on the run. however, i bet i know what's wrong here.
