Ok, I don't think this will take much help and i'm not sure if i'm missing something but basically...

I've done the sequences, put them into a song...now I want to save that so I can turn it into an MP3?

It's saving as a Sequence and going on the Memory Card as a Sequence so I can't open it on the PC?

Hope someone can else.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums! First convert the song into a sequence. Then sample your song, if you don't have the memory upgrade you probably won't be able to do this. Then transfer the Wav file you just made of your beat to your computer and convert it to an mp3 with your favorite program. I tunes works quite well. Since this is such a pain in the ass I just use a digital recorder to get my beats on the computer. The quality with a recorder is better too. I make AIFF files that are about 10 megabytes then convert them to MP3. I have the Boss BR-600 portable 8 track recorder. It didn't cost to much either and it gets the job done right!
