Awave studio conversion problems

Wassup ya'll quick question. I just converted a soundfont using Awave studio, and saved it as an mpc 1000 .pgm file. The one-shots (drums) converted fine, but the instrument patches (bass) messed up. Basically, they sound fine for a second, and then a weird clicking starts. I tried to loop them to fix it, but that didn't seem to work either. Has anyone had a similar problem?

I thought .pgm files are like sound information files. Is the soundfont a wave file?

The original file was a standard soundfont bank (sf2), not a wav . Awave converted the drums and stuff to single wav files that I can use as one shots, no problem. The instruments also became .wav's which would be fine since I intended to use them in the mpc with "16 levels". But it seems like the looppoints are off or something, because I get the aforementioned problem.

right, so what if you get a wave editing program outside of Awave like Audacity and see what the wave looks like...

I checked it out in audition, looked like a sine wave, but had an audible click when being looped. Not really sure how I would fix that

is it on both right and left tracks? if it is mono, you can zoom the wave image and use the pencil tool to get rid of the click/clip. Does it clip?
