get a free wave editor prog for your computer and chop the file into little bits first. then transfer.

(make sure to pick the right little bits :) )

or, just play the files as audio out from your computer, and sample pieces into the mpc as if you were sampling from a record.

then, get the memory expansion cause there's no point not.

Do u reccomend any good wave editing programs?
also how would i play files as audio out through my comp?
im definitely gonna look toward gettin a upgrade

i guess Audacity would work 4 free editor...
but Google around, there's probably a bunch.

um playing audio out of your pc...
That's too basic for me to have the time to explain at this point :) .
But the sound quality out from pc is usually crap unless you buy a non-stock soundcard for your computer. (minimum= something like a cheap m-audio audio interface for $100ish)

Any luck so far?
