Use a different midi track on the same seq when using different programs on your kybds.

Also each program on kybd needs to be assigned to a different midi channel.

ie, easy to remember, program midi channel matched to mpc midi track.

Are the kybd(s) mutitimbral?

not sure if its muiltinumbral or whatever, how do i find that out? doesnt say in the manual of them, if its not that means i cant do it or somethin? so wha i need to do is program the sound that i want on the keyboard into a midi channel on the keyboard, and then with the mpc?

Casio wK-3000 multitimbral
Novation X-station monotimbral
Be warned I do not own either of these kb but a quick check of their sites shows this. If its multitimbral you can assign a different sound to each midi ch. and record MIDI into the 1k, ie.
bass- 1A
horns-2A
drums-3A and so on.
On the other hand, the X-station has 8 voices but can play/send midi 1 voice at a time so assign that kb to 1 ch. hope that helps
