I have been deleting them by linking the USB cable to my PC and deleting them in windows but is there any way to delete specific samples, sequences, folders etc. without having to wipe the whole CF card or harddrive?

Why not just use the delete function in the MPC file browser?

Time to crack that manual.

ooops i didnt even see that you wanted to delete more than just samples ... you wanna go to mode save / load and locate the root and hit the window key ... should be straight from there ...
