thanks guys for the info...it really helped...so after i chop the sample...how do i save each chop or assign them

i know i can read the manual...but it never hurts to ask...

*sigh* seriously, read the manual.

after you chop them into individual samples go Mode - program and select the pad you want.

yeah i read the manual and figured it out...i just learn better by asking question which receive a plain english response...i hate manuals...like most people especially good producers...most say they read the manual after learning how to use a machine...because they had someone help them understand basic steps and then they could learn everything else through firsthand experience...

dude,

that is so bogus.

as if 'most people' let alone 'good producers'
don't read manuals...

that was the first thing i did when i got the mp,
read the manual whilst trying to execute everything
detailed therein.

if you went through this process, you wouldn't have
to wait around for answers on some forum site.

sorry to be harsh or whatever... but just read it. seriously.
