I'm considering getting Nym's Pad Fix. I actually don't have any dead pads, they all seem as responsive as the day I got the machine. I do however am interested in the claim that these new pads are more responsive than Akai's.

I saw the pics on the site and the pads cosmetically look a little rough. I realize that is because they are home made. However, it brings up a concern for me as to how durable these ones are?

I'm also wondering how easy it is to self install these pads? I haven't really opened up my machine besides to install Ram and install the hard drive. I'd like Nym to put up some pics on the site of the pads being installed step by step, so prospective customers know what they are getting into.

So if anyone has ordered these from Nym, please post your findings.

Peace!

i'm still satisfying preorders.
until i pay for advertising (which i plan on doing tonight or tomorrow) i'd prefer to keep all questions directed via email.

as for "testimonials" i may be able to push you the right way on sunday or monday. i'm also hoping to have a video done by tomorrow. third, i'm redoing the web page for more pictures, more easily translatable text, and other cool stuff

meanwhile, please direct your questions to [email protected]
there's no rush - im working on plenty of orders these days. i don't mean to "hush" up threads like this, but i agreed with tutor that this specific discussion is best kept off the forums. meanwhile, read the last couple pages of the "fix your pads" and "petition" threads.

thanks
