Program Editor for Windows

Anyone know where I can find a windows-based program editor for the MPC1000? I found MPC187 but that seems to be only for Mac and MPCEditor supports MPC 2000, 2000XL, and 3000.

Is there anything out there for the 1000? I am running windows XP by the way.
