mpc 1000 and sp303

i have bit trouble midiing up these two pieces..
i tried like every note on the 1k but i can only trigger pad 1-3 on the sp303. What am i doing wrong? i checked the midi channels and they matched.

oh and i tried searching and looked through a lot of shit but didn't find the answer. [/img]

I used to have problem with launching sp303's pads from software sequencer...Thought that connections were ok. I left it after 15 minutes, cause I ran out of options to check.
